Shannon Burns is a Washington State Consultant and Master Trainer in WSART and has done this for over 10 years. She stays active in facilitating groups of youth who are Juvenile Justice referred. She is responsible for five counties in the State of Washington to ensure training, consultation, and yearly certification in WSART. Along with this she is a Probation Manager, PREPSEC Member/Advisor, Case Management/Motivational Interviewing trainer, and most importantly, a parent.
